If I buy an item online, can I return it to any of your shops?

Yes you can return the items to either Ballina or Castlebar, providing they are returned NEW, Unused and Unworn with all tags attached an in any original packaging. It is our policy to return the goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any of the items has been used or worn.

 

How do I return an item by post?

Please complete the returns form enclosed with your order indicating the reasons for the return and enclose this with your items. Package the parcel in the original packaging and stick the return address label to the front. It is now ready to be posted.

 

Where do I send my returns to?

All returns should be sent to: Hopscotch, Hopkins Road, Castlebar, Co. Mayo, Ireland.

 

If I return the items in person at one of your stores, what do I need to bring with me?

Bring the items along with the returns form enclosed with your packaging and the credit card that was used to purchase your goods. This process needs to take place no later than 14 days after receipt of your items.

 

Will I get a refund?

If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase and wish to return your item via post. For your protection and convenience we would  recommend that you return the item using a recorded delivery service. The cost of the return is your responsibility. Upon inspection of your return, we promise to process your refund as soon as possible. The refund will be issued to the credit card you used when you purchased your goods. You should be aware that it can take several days and in some case weeks before your money will appear on your credit card statement. This is by no means any fault of Hopscotch. The refund time frame is largely depending on your credit card issuer or your bank.  

 

Can I return part of my order?

Yes, if you wish to return part of an order, your refund will be issued to the value of the goods returned. If you purchased an item that was part of a set and sold at SET price i.e.  2 piece set, 3 piece set, items packaged as a set including baby sleepsuits and baby body vests, then all items belonging to that set need to be returned in their original packaging at the same time.
