Delivery Charges – Republic of Ireland
Deliveries for purchases over €49.00 are free of charge. Delivery for purchases under €49.00 will cost €5.99
Delivery Charges – Overseas Customers
For all orders for overseas customers, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order enquiry and we can provide a quote for your proposed order depending on the weight and size of your proposed order.
For all items that are in stock, we will endeavour to ship your items for next working day delivery providing we receive your order by 2pm. Once processed your order will be despatched and should be with you no later than 2 working days after transaction. We cannot accept liability for any delays outside our control.
Acceptance of order
The contract in respect of the products supplied by us to you comes into existence when your order has been accepted by us. For the avoidance of doubt, receipt of an order via our site does not constitute acceptance of an order.
Anti Fraud Measures - Protecting our customers
To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Wrong Delivery Address Inputted
If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, Hopscotch cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.
Fast Way Courier Service
As part of our courier service and to avoid unnecessary delays in delivery, we require a contact telephone number on all orders for the delivery driver. Fast Way is unable to deliver any parcels without a valid contact telephone number.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return the item, we are happy to offer a refund if returned to Hopscotch within 14 days of receipt of your items. The items returned must be in original packaging, new, unused and unworn condition with all tags attached. Upon inspection, if we suspect that the returned items have been used or worn it is our policy to return the items back to the purchaser. Please note: The cost of returning the items is your responsibility, for your protection we advise that you use a recorded delivery service, this will ensure you are fully compensated should your parcel go missing. Hopscotch Kids will not be held responsible should your item be lost during the return process.
Once we receive you’re returned items we will process your refund as soon as possible. Please note that it can take several days for the bank to show this credit in your account.
The threshold for free shipping is €49 per order. If you received free shipping when placing your order and you return your full order for any reason, a €5.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you partially return parts of your order and the retained goods amount to less than €49, a €5.99 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Items that cannot be returned. For reasons of health and hygiene we are unable to refund the following items: • Underwear • Hats and hair accessories • Pierced jewellery • Tights/hosiery • Swimwear.
How do I return my items?
Simply repackage the item in its original packaging, enclose the original delivery docket/invoice and clearly write on it the reason for your return, and send it back to the following address:

Alternatively: If you prefer, you may take the items back to one of our shops. Ensure to take the original delivery docket with you at the time and return the items back to our store within 30 days of receipt of your order. Your items may be exchanged or refunded, but please note that we can only refund the credit/debt card which was used to purchase the items online.
